Dragon-Kin and Tochigi

Dragon-Kin now have enough information posted on them that I am willing to start accepting characters that are dragon-kin. Also, any elf characters from this point on MUST be living in Tochigi. I will have the information on locations in Tochigi soon and people will soon be able to start role-playing there as well. Thanks for reading, I'll post more information soon.
